Possible World is a late night gastro lounge and cultural space located in Lisbon’s Santos district.

Rooted in genuine hospitality, our venue offers the larger Lisbon community a creative, diverse, and open minded space.

Our neighborhood bar is built around the idea that thoughtfully designed, and considered environments can create temporary worlds where anything feels possible.

Since opening in late summer 2025, Possible World has hosted neighborhood meetups, local singers, musicians, artists, startup gatherings, fashion events, guest take overs, small brand launches, and diverse communities of all backgrounds and ages in a safe and welcoming environment. Dating nights such as Thursdays, Speedtwist and Unseen Connection are a regular affair, along with our weekly Sunday “Tea Party” gatherings. Late nights and weekends are home to Lisbon’s talented DJ community, featuring expansive musical selections with a focus on rare vinyl, deep listening, and eclectic sounds from around the world.

Craft cocktails, our own trademark natural wines, the freshest high-quality oysters, along with globally inspired food menus are thoughtfully curated and offered daily. Our “Very Happy Hour” runs nightly from 9–11 PM to energize the evening, alongside our popular early bird oyster special from 6–8 PM, featuring two oysters for the price of one. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday from 7pm–12am, and Sundays 6-11pm.

Ian Matthew Colletti (Owner /Founder) is a New York-born Irish-Italian bartender, and venue operator whose career spans New York City, Los Angeles, and Lisbon. He has worked in and operated influential craft cocktail bars, speakeasies, music venues, and cultural spaces, most recently at Hollywood’s historic Musso & Frank Grill, known for its classic cocktails, placement in films and iconic hospitality. In New York, he owned and operated Vaudeville Park in Williamsburg, Brooklyn — a New York Foundation for the Arts-supported community arts and music venue that hosted live performances, exhibitions, and independent cultural programming.
